As of recent when I open my HP Printer Utility window it reflects ' Please select a device to get started'. There is only one device connected to my computer and it is reflected in the utility window. There is also a drop down window within the utility window that intermittently appears that states 'Connecting to device Photosmart C4500 series'. Oh, incidentally all of the icons in the tool bar at the top of the window are black or gray when they are normally full and multi-color. Ther are no icons in the center area to select from. Thus, no funtions i.e. Supply levels, clean print heads etc. In conclusion, the printer in general fuctions as designed. There are no current updates available at this time. The second problem I have is I can't seem to find the Uninstaller feature. I can find the install, but not the uninstall.
